The lower speader and the bridle knot are also stopped by adhesive lined heat shrink. Thus, the rod can easily be pushed into the tunnel. This makes it much easier to install and remove the rod. If necessary, a replacement rod is quickly installed. If traditional clips are used, the cuts should take place slightly further down (ca. 1-2cm), because of the clip at the bridle knot.
